Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Not right now — and here’s why.

At Zeoth, every t-shirt is printed on demand, only after you place your order. This helps us keep things sustainable, waste-free, and fairly priced.

But COD orders often lead to fake or rejected deliveries, which results in wasted prints, extra costs, and unused materials — things we’re working hard to avoid as a new brand.

By accepting prepaid orders only, we stay focused on quality, keep pricing transparent, and reduce fashion waste from day one.

We hope you’ll support the process and trust that your order is made just for you, with intention and care.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are processed and sent to production within 1–3 working days after they are placed.

Your order will be delivered within 5–7 working days after it is shipped.

Delivery timelines exclude weekends and public holidays.

Can I return or exchange my order?

All clothing sold on Zeoth Lifestyle are final sale and made-to-order.
Returns are only accepted if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We do not accept returns for :

Size issues (please check the size chart before ordering).

Color preference changes.

Change of mind
(Since products are custom-made, we request customers to double-check details before ordering.)

Slight color variation due to lighting/screen differences.

Products returned without original packaging or used items.

Will the product look exactly like the model mockup shown in images and videos?

The model mockup images and videos displayed on our website and social media platforms (e.g. Instagram posts, Reels, etc.) are created for promotional purposes. While we strive to reflect the final product as accurately as possible, slight differences in print size, placement, or color may occur.

These minor variations are normal and do not qualify as defects, and therefore are not eligible for return or exchange.

Why does the design look different up close compared to when I wear it?

Our prints are done in high resolution (300+ DPI) on premium cotton. Because of the natural fabric texture and print technique, you might notice slight softness when viewed extremely close which is completely normal. From a regular distance, the design looks bold, crisp, and exactly how it’s meant to be.

Is it safe to pay online?

100%! We use Razorpay for secure prepaid checkout. Your details are encrypted and never shared.

How do I choose the right size?

All our tees are oversized. Please refer to the size chart on each product page before placing your order.
